Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila
  • 1.5 ounces Xante pear liqueur
  • .5 ounce Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
  • grapefruit peel

Method

Place Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila, pear liqueur, Sweet Vermouth and  bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Express the oil of a grapefruit peel by twisting it directly over the top of the drink and then discard the peel.
