- 2 ounces Spice Note Cumin Tequila
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 2 ounces canned pineapple juice
- 2 or 3 slices of jalapeño (or more if you like it spicy!)
Add the lime juice and jalapeño slices into a shaker and press the jalapeño (use a metal muddler) to release the oils and heat.
Add Spice Note Cumin and pineapple juice. Add ice, shake well. Strain into a glass rimmed with tajin and fresh ice. Garnish with jalapeño and a fresh pineapple wheel or wedge.
