Ingredients

  • 1oz Cinnamon Spice Note
  • .5oz lemon juice
  • .5oz black tea/honey syrup
  • sparkling cider

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker except the sparkling cider and strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling cider with no garnish.

Black Tea Honey Syrup
Combine 1 cup honey with 1/2 cup water in a pot. Heat until incorporated but never let boil. Add 2 tablespoons of your preferred black tea and let steep for at least 15 minutes or to desired taste. Strain out the solids and bottle the liquid. Keeps for 1 month.
