- 1.5 ounces Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila
- 2 ounces Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 ounce Lemon Juice
- 2 ounces Spiced Pumpkin Simple Syrup*
Build in a shaker, over ice. Shake, pour into a Collins glass.
Spiced Pumpkin Simple Syrup
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Put all ingredients in sauce pan, bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat. Let simmer for 2-3 min. Turn off stove, let cool. Filter through double cheesecloth three times. Bottle, refrigerate. Makes about 1.5 cups.
