Ingredients
- 1 ounce Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila
- 2 ounces Looza Pear Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 ounces dry hard pear cider
Method
Place Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila, Looza Pear Juice and fresh ginger into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a fizz glass. Top slowly with hard cider. Garnish with expressed lemon peel and whole star anise.
