A Spice Note Signature Cocktail


  • 1.5 ounces Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila
  • 3 ounces clarified apple cider
  • 4 dashes Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters
  • Apple, thinly sliced


Place Spice Note Cinnamon Tequila, clarified apple cider and bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass teacup.  Garnish with thinly sliced apple.

We suggest using honeycrisp or fuji apples for the garnish.

This cocktail may also be heated gently and served warm, with a cinnamon stick garnish.
