  • 1.5 ounces Spice Note Cumin Tequila
  • 2 ounces Ginger Beet Simple Syrup*
  • 2 ounces fresh Lime Juice


Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake, pour into a rocks glass rimmed with salt.

Ginger Beet Simple Syrup
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1.5 cups shredded, raw beets
1 tsp fresh grated ginger

Place first three ingredients in sauce pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 2-3 min. Remove from heat, stir in ginger. Let cool. Filter into a ball jar, refrigerate. Makes approximately 2.5 cups.
