A Spice Note Classic Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Spice Note Cumin Tequila
- 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 ounce honey syrup*
- lemon peel
Method
Place Spice Note Cumin Tequila, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a curl of lemon peel.
Honey Syrup Recipe
Dissolve one part honey into one part water in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
