A Spice Note Classic Cocktail


  • 1 ounce Spice Note Cumin Tequila
  • 1 ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • 2 ounces Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Aromatic Cocktail Bitters


Place all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.  Garnish with Spice Note Cumin-infused cherries*.

Infused Cherries Recipe
Pit a cherry varietal of your choice. Place pitted cherries into an airtight jar. Cover the cherries with Spice Note Cumin Tequila. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Prepare at least 24 hours in advanced.
