  • 1.5oz Cumin Spice Note
  • 0.5oz elder flower liqueur
  • 0.5oz lime juice
  • 2oz honey dew melon juice*


Build in Collins glass with crushed ice, swizzle, top with more ice, and dust some paprika on top.

* Honey Dew Melon Juice
Cut melon in half and clean out seeds with a spoon. With a knife, peel off top layer of skin. Blend fruit in blender until smooth. Strain out pulp and store in fridge.
