Tastings, the Beverage Testing Institute’s hub offering impartial reviews of wine, beer and spirits for consumers, tasted Spice Note Cinnamon Infused Tequila and Spice Note Cumin Infused Tequila on April 19th, recognizing both spirits in the 2018 Internation Review of Spirits with a Gold Medal, granting them “Exceptional” status.

Spice Note Cinnamon
“Bright amber color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon candies, rice cereal, and apple pie with a soft, dryish light body and a peppery, brisk finish conveying accents of minerals, date bread, and pepper finish. A snappy cinnamon spirit for shots and stirred cocktails.”

Spice Note Cumin
“Straw yellow color. Spicy aromas and flavors of cumin, caraway, and turmeric tea with a silky, bright, dryish medium body and an interesting, long finish with notes of sweet potato puree, minerals, and pink pepper finish. A fun, spicy cumin flavored tequila.”
